10 Most Satisfying Suburbs in Real Estate

In 5 out of every 10 auctions in Sydney the final selling price was less than 10% over the agent quoted price (December, 2016).  Accurate price quoting is satisfying for home buyers.  Every time a house is actually in the real budget range of a home buyer this saves them time, money and heartache.
