The heartbreaking property valuation is overwhelmingly distressing and upsetting for home buyers.

Many real estate agents are capable of providing accurate property valuations but other agents are not.

Is the behaviour of providing a heartbreaking property valuation intentionally misleading and deceptive, or a lack of understanding of the property market?

Home buyers which research property values and real estate prices are less likely to have their hearts broken by poor property valuations.

Dishonest real estate agents that intentionally mislead home buyers should be ashamed of their unethical behaviour.

Dishonest real estate agents must understand that any deceit of home buyers is really a deceit on their client – the home seller – as home buyers which cannot afford to buy the house are just providing false hope to the home buyer and seller.
