Some first time home buyers take many months or years to secure their home. However, in this case we have a customer who did their property price research and planned their auction bidding strategy which resulted in the ultimate auction day prize.

“At an auction we recently attended and won. I used your website to find out the real price of the property.

The estimate given verses the vendors reserve was very close. (off by 5k)

I had done my research and knew what i wanted to spend on the day. Your site gave me some tips on bidding, which i used to our advantage on the day.

Being that this was our first action, I wanted to know the psychology of auctions and how to win first time. We planned out a strategy and stuck to it and won.

    It’s great to hear success stories such as these. Too many times we see agents under quoting, leaving buyers frustrated in their efforts to buy a home. Even yesterday, we saw this at an auction we were bidding at for a client – buyers turning up thinking they had enough to buy the home based on the agent quote. In the end, they didn’t.

    Clearly Craig was able to use the resources here on RealAs to get a better idea of the true value of the property that he wanted to buy.
