Property Prices Plummeting Across Australia

Melbourne and Sydney metropolitan property prices continue to rise. However, property prices across other parts of Australia are plummeting.

The real estate agent quoted prices and the eventual selling prices for home are less across many suburbs in each state.

Admittedly many of the suburbs are regional, but is there an opportunity to pick up a bargain?
