Whilst the agents, media and vendors are on green lights, smart buyers have the caution light blinking. Smart buyers realise Christmas is approaching and the pressure is on the vendor to conclude a sale.
Don’t get caught up in the hype.
I have now received formal replies from Consumer Affairs Victoria, the Minister for Consumer Affairs and the Real Estate Institute of Victoria regarding the complaint. I do not envy Consumer Affairs enforcing the unenforceable.
