Top 10 Honest Real Estate Agents

Honest real estate agents are those which manage the complex relationship between their customer; the home seller, potential home buyers and the ultimate home buyer.

It should be crystal clear for potential home buyers that the job of real estate agents is to maximise the sale price for the home seller.

However, there are honest real estate agents which don’t waste the time, money and heartache of potential home buyers by accurately quoting home prices prior to sale.

    How can an agent be in your top 10 worst just recently and now in the top 10 most honest?
    Talk around the school yard is far more honest than your survey!

      Hi Bryan, I’m not sure which agent you’re referring to specifically. However, we have seen improvement in real estate agent quoting in NSW since the new underquoting laws came into place. Ultimately the more transparency of price information available to the market will result in less wasted time, money and heartache for all.

    Not sure about you Bryan, but the schoolyard fight I was involved in were never backed by factual statistical data. The stats are the stats, so unless you disagree with the accuracy of the data I think your argument is invalid.

      Where in my post did I say fight Dave? Aren’t we as sellers told to get recommendations from past service users?
      As I said, the talk around the school yard is that an agent listed in the “most acurate” is one of the most dodgy ones around! They are notorious for quoting to low to the public, but will tell the sellers an unrealistic price, all topics discussed at pick up time in the school yard.Stats can be screwed up and they are here. We’ve just sold our house and the biggest agent in our area has never appeared on these lists. How do they miss them?
